New and improved version of ZIMO's Getting Up.

The Graffiti rules on page 3 have been updated to look a bit closer to the rest of the zine.
Page 4-5 have seen a bit more work on the Dice and Dice app.
Through the zine, page 4-5 are now referenced, with the same colour and font to bring people to the right place.
I've added Tatoo as a commission option in the spot location table.

Another major upgrade is page 9 with what I think is a better way to explain the dice mechanics.
I've edited the getting started pages (10-11) to provide a more consistent story
Similarly on page 15, I've tried to make the Tracks and Progress bars section clearer.

The zine will also be be up for a week as a pay what you want to celebrate Halloween.
